We will never use user information for any reason other than: Operating and improving our educational service.Sending updates about our work and improvements to our platform.We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
5. Intellectual Property Rights All original content created by The Community for Rigor is made available under a
CC-BY license. Users who submit content agree to allow its distribution under the same license unless otherwise specified.The University of Pennsylvania retains ownership of the platform and its branding.
6. Prohibited Activities Users must not: Use our software for any unlawful or harmful purposes. Attempt to disrupt, hack, or manipulate the service.Misrepresent the source of shared content. Use the platform for commercial or advertising purposes without prior consent.
7. Limitation of LiabilityThe Community for Rigor provides the software
"as is" without warranties of any kind.We are not responsible for any issues resulting from software errors, interruptions, or unauthorized access.We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from user reliance on our content.
